Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FreeImageTools.pro and the image creation, editing, conversion, and related tools, content, and features made available through it (collectively, the "Site"). The Site is operated by Free Image Tools ("we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site. Additional notices, licenses, or provider terms shown on a specific tool page also apply to that tool. If those specific terms conflict with these Terms on a matter involving the third-party service, the third-party terms control your use of that service.

Free Image Tools provides browser-based access to practical image tools and supporting guides. The Site may include tools we operate, tools that run locally in your browser, and third-party applications displayed in an embedded frame or reached through a link.

Features, providers, models, limits, queues, output formats, and availability may differ from one tool to another and may change without notice. A tool described as "free" may still be subject to provider quotas, sign-in requirements, rate limits, waiting times, or other restrictions outside our control.

Some tools on the Site are hosted or operated by independent third parties. When you load or interact with an embedded tool, you are also interacting directly with its operator, hosting provider, and any other service providers identified by that tool. Your use is subject to their current terms, privacy policy, acceptable-use rules, model licenses, and technical limits.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services, their content, security, data handling, moderation, outputs, uptime, pricing, or changes. Embedding or linking to a service does not mean that we own, operate, sponsor, or endorse it. You are responsible for reviewing the terms that apply before submitting prompts, files, personal information, or other content.

You may use the Site only if you can legally enter into these Terms. If you are not old enough to do so where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you and supervise your use. Do not use a tool if its provider imposes an age or eligibility requirement that you do not meet.

We may display advertising from third-party advertising providers to help fund the ongoing operation, maintenance, and development of the Site. Advertisements may be selected, delivered, and measured by providers we do not control and may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies.

The appearance of an advertisement does not mean that Free Image Tools endorses the advertiser, its products, or its representations. Any interaction, purchase, or other relationship between you and an advertiser is between you and that advertiser.

You must use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You may not use the Site or any tool made available through it to violate another person's rights; create, upload, request, or distribute illegal, abusive, exploitative, deceptive, or harmful content; impersonate a person without authorization; invade privacy or misuse personal data; infringe copyright, trademark, publicity, or other rights; spread malware; bypass security, access controls, quotas, or rate limits; interfere with the Site or a provider's systems; scrape or automate access in a way that creates unreasonable load; or conceal conduct intended to evade enforcement.

You also may not represent generated or edited content as authentic evidence when doing so would be deceptive or harmful. Additional provider policies may prohibit categories of content not listed here. We may restrict access, remove links or content we control, or take other reasonable action in response to suspected misuse.

You retain whatever rights you already hold in prompts, images, files, and other material you submit ("Your Content"). You are responsible for Your Content and must have every permission needed to upload, process, edit, and use it. Do not submit confidential material or content that violates law, a contract, or another person's rights.

Submitting Your Content to an embedded third-party tool sends it to that provider, not merely to Free Image Tools. The provider's terms determine what license you grant it, how it may process or retain the content, and whether content may be used for moderation or service improvement. Merely accessing a third-party tool through our Site does not give us ownership of Your Content.

Rights in generated or edited outputs depend on applicable law, the tool and model used, the provider's terms, Your Content, and the rights of others. Free Image Tools does not grant you rights in an output and does not promise that an output is unique, copyrightable, accurate, non-infringing, or cleared for commercial use. Similar or identical material may be generated for other users.

Before publishing, selling, licensing, or relying on an output, review it for errors and potentially unlawful or infringing material. You are responsible for obtaining any required permissions, making any legally required AI disclosure, and evaluating rights involving source images, depicted people, private locations, brands, characters, artwork, and other protected material. Guidance on a tool page is general information, not legal advice, and provider licenses may change.

The Site's design, original text, branding, graphics, and code are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Site for lawful personal or business purposes.

You may not copy, republish, sell, license, or create a competing service from substantial portions of our Site content; remove ownership notices; or use our name or branding in a way that suggests sponsorship or affiliation without permission. These restrictions do not apply to Your Content or to third-party material under its own license.

We may add, modify, suspend, or remove any page, tool, integration, or feature at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that a tool will continue to be free, or that an earlier workflow, model, setting, or output can be reproduced. We are not responsible for losses caused by a provider changing or discontinuing its service.

You are responsible for downloading any output you wish to keep. Do not rely on the Site or an embedded provider as permanent storage or as the sole copy of important content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Site and all tools, content, links, and outputs are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all express and implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, security, and that the Site will be error-free.

Image-generation and editing systems can produce inaccurate, offensive, biased, unexpected, or infringing material. The Site does not provide legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or other professional advice. You must independently review outputs before using them in any context where errors could affect rights, reputation, safety, money, or important decisions. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so part of this section may not apply to you.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Free Image Tools and its owners, contributors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, business opportunities, or use, arising from or related to the Site, a third-party service, Your Content, or any output.

Free Image Tools does not assume responsibility for content you submit, the way you use a tool or output, or conduct that violates these Terms, a provider's terms, applicable law, or another person's rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Your use of the Site remains subject to applicable law, including any mandatory rights that cannot be changed by these Terms. Each user is responsible for ensuring that their content, use of the tools, and use or distribution of outputs are lawful where they live and where the content is used.

We may update these Terms when the Site, our providers, or legal requirements change. The revised Terms will be posted here with a new update date. Changes apply prospectively when posted unless a later date is stated. By continuing to use the Site after the revised Terms take effect, you agree to them.

If a provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it will be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our consent; we may assign these Terms as part of a reorganization, financing, merger, sale, or transfer of the Site. These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any applicable tool-specific notices form the entire agreement between you and us concerning the Site.
